- Als winkelverantwoordelijke ben jij het gezicht van de winkel én het aanspreekpunt voor je team.
- Je steekt je handen uit de mouwen en zorgt voor een vlot draaiende winkel waar klanten met een goed gevoel én de lekkerste producten naar huis gaan.
- Je werkt met duidelijke doelstellingen rond omzet en personeelsplanning.

De winkels openen vanaf 6u en vroeg opstaan schrikt je dus niet af. Ze zijn 7 op 7 open en de weekends, ochtend- en namiddagshifts wissel je met plezier af met je collega’s. Ze werken ook met een vast uurrooster en dankzij de stabiele planning zorgen ze voor een gezonde werk-privébalans.

Requirements

- Je bent zelfstandig, weet van aanpakken en slaagt erin je team te motiveren – altijd met een positieve ingesteldheid.
- Je draagt actief bij aan een fijne sfeer in de winkel en klantvriendelijkheid zit gewoon in je natuur.
- Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs en zin om leiding te geven. Ervaring als winkelverantwoordelijke is mooi meegenomen maar geen must. Kan je tonen dat leiding geven in jou zit, dan horen we het graag!
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en communiceert helder met je team én klanten.
- Je blijft rustig onder druk, hebt oog voor orde en netheid en streeft naar topkwaliteit en hygiëne
