Job description

Our client, a leading player in the food and bioindustrial sector, is looking for an Administrative Support professional to strengthen the team at their refinery site in Izegem. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing key administrative processes that help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, and daily activities for the department
Manage and organize documentation, ensuring accurate data entry in internal systems
Support internal communication and administrative workflows
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records following company standards
Provide guidance and support to colleagues on administrative procedures
Handle administrative and customer support tasks independently, escalating only complex issues when necessary

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of relevant administrative experience
Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with good command of English
Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with SAP is a strong asset
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Languages

You have a good knowledge of Dutch
You have a good knowledge of English
