What are your responsibilities?
You manage urgent orders from start to finish
You discuss and follow up special orders and customer requests
You work closely with internal and external partners in the supply chain
You give advice about logistics and commercial solutions
You help improve processes and ways of working
You use new tools and technologies to support improvements
You think about better ways of working and suggest changes
You work together with different teams and support change
You solve problems in a structured way and keep a high service level
Who are we looking for?
You speak English, French and Italian very well
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
You are customer-focused and service-minded
You communicate easily and like to build a network
You can organize your work and set priorities
You are interested in improvements and new technologies
You have good knowledge of Office 365
Knowledge of SharePoint or PowerBI is a plus
You are available from May until the end of September (with possible extension)
