For our client, a leading international player and expert in water quality solutions and process analyzers, we are looking for an Inside Sales & Project Support Specialist for a temporary 8-week assignment. In this versatile role, you will act as the key link between sales, engineering, logistics, and customer service, supporting technical projects from initial inquiry through to final handover.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting sales teams in qualifying commercial opportunities and translating customer requirements into clear project inputs
Coordinating requests for quotation (RFQs), technical specifications, drawings, and application data for quote preparation
Preparing, managing, and systematically following up on quotation packages, project trackers, and approval flows
Acting as the primary point of contact between sales, engineering, operations, service, and logistics to ensure seamless handover to order execution
Contributing to continuous process improvement, template standardization, and departmental documentation
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, commercial, or project coordination environment
Experience in inside sales, sales support, order management, customer service, or quotation support
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional European languages is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, ERP systems, or quotation tools is an asset
A commercial mindset and a keen interest in technical equipment or water quality instrumentation
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines effectively
Immediate or short-term availability for a temporary 8-week project
