Job description

Are you great at planning and love leading a team? Our client is looking for a Team Lead Traffic to manage outbound logistics and support a small team.
What will you do?
You take charge of all outbound transport. You make sure deliveries leave on time and with the correct paperwork. You solve problems, stay in contact with transport partners, and support customer service. You also lead two colleagues handling inbound goods. You update procedures, help train staff, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in logistics, economics or similar
2–4 years of experience in transport or traffic
Good planning skills and confident in Excel
Knowledge of SAP, AS400 or WMS is a plus
Fluent in Dutch and English

Languages

You have a good knowledge of Dutch
You have a good knowledge of English
