Job description

Are you ready to lead operations and drive success? Our client is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who keeps everything running smoothly. You will manage the warehouse and ensure all processes meet high standards. This is your chance to make a real impact!
What you will do:
Lead daily warehouse operations: inbound, stock, outbound, returns, and packaging
Manage stock control: audits, slotting, batch and expiry tracking
Solve problems quickly and implement improvements
Keep the team motivated and perform staff management tasks
Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
Build strong client and supplier relationships
Monitor budgets and control costs

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent, tertiary education is a plus
3-5 years’ experience in warehouse and inventory management
Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Cargowrite
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Proven ability to manage people, communicate well, and solve problems

Languages

You have a good knowledge of English
