Job description

Are you an early riser looking for a flexible student job that keeps you active? Then this newspaper delivery position at BD Media is perfect for you! You'll be responsible for delivering newspapers to our customers correctly and on time.
Before starting your rounds, you'll collect the newspapers from our depot in Merelbeke and count them. You'll add inserts and then head out, armed with a handy delivery app that guides you through your journey. Thanks to your dedication, our readers receive their newspapers punctually, rain or shine.
Working Hours & Flexibility
Monday to Friday: 3:30 AM - 8:00 AM
Saturday: 4:45 AM - 10:00 AM
You choose which day(s) you can work each week. We'll then schedule you based on your availability.

Requirements

Your profile
You are a student with a category B driver's license and your own car.
You're not afraid of getting up early (or perhaps you prefer the early hours).
Come rain or shine, you always stay motivated and punctual.
You are available at least one day a week and can specify your availability via our scheduling app.
You are reliable, accurate, and can work independently.

Languages

You have a good knowledge of Dutch

Compensation & Offer

Hourly wage: €14.93/hour (base salary €13.16 + ARAB allowance €1.77/hour)
Fuel allowance: €10 per day worked
Meal vouchers: €4 per day worked

You’ll work across multiple production sites worldwide, guiding local OT teams in implementing effective operational technology strategies. Your focus will lie on minimizing cybersecurity risks, addressing system obsolescence, and ensuring overall OT performance and availability.<br />You will support strategic decision-making and help shape long-term OT architecture in line with industry standards.
