Job description

Our client is looking for a motivated engineer to act as the link between R&D and production. You ensure that new products are designed for practical and efficient manufacturing. Be part of exciting projects where your work directly impacts quality and production success.
Your role:
As a New Product Introduction Engineer, you guide products from development to smooth production. You assemble prototypes, prepare clear work instructions, and train operators. You help solve production issues and continuously improve processes and documentation.
Build and assemble prototypes, including cabling, soldering, and mechanical assembly
Review R&D designs for manufacturability and provide feedback
Prepare assembly instructions, production flows, and clear work processes
Support and train production operators to apply agreed processes correctly
Assist in troubleshooting, quality control, and transferring products to international sites

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related technical field
Some experience in a production or technological environment is a plus, but motivated graduates are welcome
Strong hands-on skills with prototypes, 3D files, and assembly instructions
Practical problem-solver with good spatial insight
Flexible, communicative, and willing to travel occasionally abroad
Good command of English; Dutch is a plus
