Role Overview
As the Receptionist and Office Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for everyone entering our facilities. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome employees, visitors, and customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
Receive and triage requests to the appropriate teams (IT, Facilities, etc.).
Support onsite meeting requests, including room reservations and AV setup.
Coordinate catering, postal services, and courier management.
Manage security badges for staff and visitors.
Monitor and replenish office supplies and coffee areas.
Maintain intra-office communications and provide updates on building events or procedures.
Support health, safety, and security initiatives on site.
Assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and invoice monitoring.
Collaborate with project managers on renovations or relocations.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in reception, office coordination, or administrative roles.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and autonomy in managing daily tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
On-site role (not hybrid).
