Job description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic international finance team. This role is central to supporting financial planning, analysing business performance, and providing actionable insights to senior management.
What You Will Do
Prepare and manage financial reporting across multiple legal entities.
Optimise reporting processes for the full business unit.
Improve financial systems and tools, including SAP, BI platforms, and Excel.
Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to senior management.
Support the integration of newly established or acquired companies.
Analyse performance trends and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of financial principles, KPIs, and reporting standards (IFRS knowledge preferred).
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels.
Proactive, team-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic international environment.
