Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute CRM strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and sales
Define and optimize customer segmentation for personalized communication via email, push and SMS
Identify growth opportunities in close collaboration with digital and retail teams
Analyze customer data, market trends and feedback to continuously improve campaigns
Ensure alignment between CRM actions and other communication channels
Support the rollout and optimization of the loyalty program
Manage campaign budgets and monitor ROI to maximize impact
Stay up to date with CRM, marketing and technology trends

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM or a related marketing role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or similar
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actions
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools; advanced platforms are a plus
Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of French and English
Proactive, adaptable and a true team player
