Job description

Are you passionate about gastronomy, highly organized, and eager to grow in an international and stimulating environment? The European Institutions are recruiting Chef de Parties to reinforce their culinary teams.
You will join a professional and dynamic brigade under the supervision of a statutory member, actively contributing to the quality and efficiency of culinary production.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation, cooking, and finishing of dishes according to recipes and technical sheets.
- Ensure the mise en place of your station and maintain preparation quality.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service operations.
- Comply with hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of your workstation.

Requirements

Required Profile:
- Recognized professional training from a hotel school or technical/professional education in the culinary field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience (or 5 years without hotel school training).
- Mastery of culinary techniques relevant to your station.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and team spirit.
- Professional appearance with appropriate chef attire (pants and chef jacket, safety shoes).

Languages

You have a very good knowledge of French
You have a very good knowledge of English
