Job description

Are you passionate about logistics and eager to gain experience in an international transport environment? In this role, you will support the organization of transport from suppliers to production sites and end customers, contributing to efficient and timely deliveries.

- You are the central point of contact for handling operational issues, resolving deviations, and providing perfect customer service to our end recipients.
- You resolve blocked shipments related to quality issues upon arrival at our contracted Xdock.
- You will perform administrative tasks for containers loaded by our contracted Xdock and containers loaded at supplier locations for destinations around the world.
- You will proactively identify deviations in transport flows and take the necessary actions to prevent or limit negative impact on our end recipients.
- You document and escalate recurring deviations to the Transport Material Coordinator.
- You initiate and stimulate improvement ideas by using the GEMBA approach, organizing workshops, using PSM/PDCA, and other continuous improvement tools.
