Job Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Business Development:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase market presence in Belgium.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive market.
Perform market analysis and define action plans to drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers and prospects.
Customer & Distributor Management:
Work with distributors and marketing teams to execute market strategies.
Strengthen relationships with key accounts to meet business needs.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Commercial Execution & Performance Tracking:
Negotiate pricing and contracts according to market strategies.
Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics.
Ensure margin objectives are met while maintaining market competitiveness.

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for growing Wolf Oil Corporation’s presence in Belgium by building and managing strong partnerships with our existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Your primary objective is to maximize sales volume while ensuring sustainable contribution margins. You will work closely with distributors, key accounts, and internal stakeholders to drive growth and execute our commercial strategy. You report to the Country Manager of Benelux.
Your key responsibilities:
Sales growth & business development
Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with Wolf Oil’s global growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in the Belgian automotive market.
Conduct market analysis to assess potential growth areas and define commercial action plans.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing customers while proactively targeting new prospects.
Customer & distributor management
Work closely with distributors and the regional marketing team to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
Strengthen relationships with key accounts by understanding their business, strategy, and operational needs.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
Support distributors with logistics, inventory management, and pricing strategies to optimize market penetration.
Commercial execution & performance tracking
Negotiate pricing and agreements, ensuring alignment with the regional pricing strategy.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reporting.
Ensure that margin objectives are met while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
Your qualifications
First relevant experience in sales and/or business development within the automotive aftermarket industry in Belgium (e.g., spare parts or lubricants).
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market opportunities and drive growth.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills to foster long-term partnerships.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, ensuring seamless communication across the Belgian market.
