Job description

  • Drive quality standardization and compliance across multiple production plants (France, Germany, Portugal, Czech Republic, and Turkey) and key suppliers.

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 9001 and EN 1090 quality management systems.

  • Coordinate quality initiatives across Production, R&D, Engineering, Procurement, and local QHSE teams.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, manufacturing processes, and operational performance.

  • Investigate production non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Qualify suppliers, conduct supplier audits, and support supplier quality development.

  • Prepare for and participate in customer quality audits.

  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, procedures, and quality documentation.

  • Produce dimensional inspection reports using conventional metrology equipment and 3D measuring arm/scanning technology.

  • Provide technical expertise to the Procurement team on supplier and product-related matters.

  • Travel regularly (approximately 30%) to production plants, supplier facilities, and customer sites to support quality initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience working in a production with problem-solving mindset.

  • Fluent in English; French and Dutch are advantages

  • Willing to travel up to 30% to production plants, suppliers, and customer sites.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related technical field
