<p>To strengthen our maintenance team, we are looking for a <b>Facility Maintenance Technician &ndash; Buildings &amp; HVAC</b>.</p><p>Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of all installations and technical equipment on site. This is an operational hands-on position without managerial responsibilities, where you act as a technical reference person and coordinate external interventions, mainly related to HVAC installations.</p><p><b>Your responsibilities</b></p><p>Maintenance &amp; Operations</p><ul><li><p>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot technical installations outside the production environment.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the safety, availability, and compliance of equipment.</p></li><li><p>Test and monitor legally required installations (sprinkler systems, periodic inspections, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Strictly apply QSHE and environmental procedures.</p></li></ul><p>Technical Installations &amp; HVAC</p><ul><li><p>Carry out interventions on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose and analyse technical malfunctions.</p></li><li><p>Monitor the performance of installations and maintenance interventions.</p></li><li><p>Act as the technical point of contact for building installations.</p></li></ul><p>External Contractors Follow-up</p><ul><li><p>Welcome external contractors and provide safety instructions.</p></li><li><p>Act as the operational contact person for suppliers.</p></li><li><p>Check that executed works comply with technical specifications.</p></li><li><p>Monitor the progress of interventions and report deviations.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper documentation and traceability of interventions and inspections.</p></li></ul><p>Organisation &amp; Continuous Improvement</p><ul><li><p>Plan and monitor maintenance activities using internal tools.</p></li><li><p>Participate in continuous improvement projects and site optimisation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Suggest technical and organisational improvements.</p></li><li><p>Provide occasional technical support to site teams when required.</p></li></ul><p>Working Environment</p><ul><li><p>Interventions across the entire site.</p></li><li><p>Use of measurement and diagnostic tools (multimeter, inspection equipment, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Personal protective equipment provided.</p></li><li><p>Use of specific equipment (cherry picker, forklift &ndash; certifications required).</p></li><li><p>Use of basic IT tools for maintenance tracking and reporting.</p></li></ul>
