Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve site-wide manufacturing and supply chain performance.
Lead performance review processes, analyze key metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Drive process optimization to reduce manufacturing and logistics costs, improve inventory management, and boost efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology experts, supply chain professionals, and manufacturing leaders.
Ensure process compliance and lead training initiatives that promote a culture of learning and development.
Oversee project portfolios to deliver productivity gains using continuous improvement methodologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain roles.
Proven track record in continuous improvement and project management.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience with ERP systems and cloud-based tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles (Black Belt certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it).
Dutch language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
