FAQ

Do I have a chance of a permanent contract?
Yes, after an interim period of 6 months (120 days) and provided your manager's evaluation is positive.
If a permanent contract has to be terminated to start at Inex, the HR department can make an exception and offer the permanent contract immediately.
Do I need to have experience?
This is not a requirement.
Motivation and enthusiasm prevail as most can be taught.
For the positions of Technician and Operator, a technical or mechanical affinity is important though.
Indien attesten HT/RT behaald zijn, is dit een zeer groot pluspunt.
When are you allowed to take holidays?
Inex is a food company, this means we keep running throughout the year. Also on public holidays and holiday periods.
