💪🏻Main focus on Feminine Care Pads & Liners product category including primary packaging.💪🏻Coordinates and delivers in time specific Design to Value projects following smartly the FTR / MDR approach by coordinating the feasibility activities within the project in a cross-functional approach, ensuring a very limited risk to any third party infringement.💪🏻Supports Feminine Care Pads & Liners team innovation projects.💪🏻Supports Design to Value colleagues in cross-category projects.💪🏻Be frequently in contact with industrialization team, suppliers, legal team, engineering, purchase, sales, marketing and plants.💪🏻Creates the needed documentation to ensure a good handover to industrialization team.💪🏻Delivers raw mat specification in a standardized way for all newly validated materials.💪🏻Defines / opex capex need to realize the specific Design to Value project in collaboration with Engineering / operations / others.💪🏻Maintains the necessary tools and systems to be compliant with regulations.💪🏻Contributes to a yearly Design to Value plan, by bringing ideas or running feasibility exercises.💪🏻Follows up on Design to Value saving plan forecasts and reported savings of own projects.💪🏻Reports status and roadblocks on monthly base or presents a deep dive for specific occasions.
