We are looking for a Product Manager & Technical Support Engineer for our Textile Division (EMEA). In this hybrid role, you combine strategic product management with hands-on technical support. You act as a key link between customers, Sales, R&D, and Operations, ensuring our products meet market needs and perform optimally in real-life applications.Your responsibilitiesManage and develop the product portfolio throughout its full lifecycle (from concept to phase-out) in close collaboration with R&DTranslate market needs and customer feedback into product requirements and development prioritiesDefine product positioning, value propositions, and technical differentiatorsCoordinate product launches, updates, and discontinuations across departmentsMonitor product performance, competitiveness, and profitabilityProvide technical expertise and training to internal stakeholdersTechnical & Application Support:Deliver on-site and remote technical support (machine trials, testing, troubleshooting)Support customers during industrial trials and start-upsAnalyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutionsPrepare and maintain technical documentation and reportsAct as escalation point for complex technical issuesCollaboration:Act as technical interface between customers and internal teamsCollect and structure customer feedback for continuous improvementSupport Sales during customer meetings and project discussionsParticipate in customer visits, exhibitions, and industry events
