For our client, a global market leader in supply chain management for premier fashion and lifestyle brands, we are seeking an experienced and people-oriented Team Leader for the permanent late shift. In this role, you will become part of 'The Backstage Crew', managing and coaching an operational team within a high-speed e-commerce and retail warehouse environment. You will be responsible for orchestrating daily tasks, driving productivity, and ensuring strict quality standards and deadlines are met. This is a dynamic position where continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence take center stage.Directly manage, coach, and inspire a dedicated team of warehouse operators during the permanent late shift.Organize, assign, and monitor daily operational planning and workloads to ensure maximum efficiency.Oversee and optimize end-to-end warehouse processes, logistical flows, and department productivity.Guide, onboard, and provide continuous training for both new and existing team members.Proactively identify, propose, and implement process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), safeguard quality controls, and ensure all outbound deadlines are met.Troubleshoot operational issues on the floor and assist with basic HR-related processes and personnel administration.Act as the primary point of contact during the shift and report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, stepping in to cover their responsibilities when required.
