As Head of Finance Transformation, you will be instrumental in defining and executing a comprehensive finance strategy that drives global standardization, efficiency, and scalability. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a talented team and manage high-impact projects that align finance operations with the company’s strategic vision. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the finance organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the global finance transformation roadmap in collaboration with executive leadership.Own end-to-end finance processes including accounts payable, receivable, consolidation, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Drive process standardization, globalization, and data integrity across multiple systems.Manage a portfolio of transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business priorities.Oversee technology implementations, including ERP (Oracle Cloud), FP&A tools, and automation solutions.Champion change management initiatives to foster adoption of new processes and technologies.Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements, including ESG reporting.Develop policies, KPIs, and governance frameworks to sustain improvements and risk management.
