As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will start a learning process of about 2 years in which you will get to know all aspects of our logistics operations. On the job, you will build your operational and leadership skills, and get the chance to grow into a position as a team leader within one of our departments.
You will go through an intensive ‘discovery tour’ with varied assignments, four evaluation moments, and direct coaching. Based on your competences, motivation and interests, you will be given the opportunity to take on responsibilities and manage your own team.

Requirements

You have a bachelor's degree under your belt, preferably in a logistics, economic or management field (e.g. logistics management, business management, commerce, languages...).
Or you have a first relevant work experience (e.g. as team leader, logistics employee, forklift driver or warehouse employee with ambition).
You are a real people manager: you get energy from managing and coaching people.
You are solution-oriented and remain calm under pressure.
You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy learning.
You are flexible in terms of working hours (shifts) and tasks.
