What are we looking for?
We're looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn student to join our HR team as soon as possible. You'll work 3 to 4 days a week and preferably stay with us until the end of July or August.
Administrative support: Assist with managing personnel files and HR processes.
Recruitment support: Participate in candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
Communication: Support internal and external HR communications.
Project support: Participate in various HR projects, such as onboarding or training.
General tasks: Wherever the HR team needs extra help, you're happy to pitch in!

Requirements

Who are you?
You are pursuing a relevant HR degree (e.g., HR management, organizational psychology, social work, or a similar field).
You are available 3 to 4 days a week and can start quickly.
You are a true team player with a passion for people.
You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and tackle tasks with ease.
You live in the Ghent area or are easily accessible.
Experience is a plus, but your eagerness to learn and enthusiasm are even more important!
