Our client, a key player in the logistics sector, is seeking a driven Storage Hall Manager to oversee one of their critical warehouse facilities. In this role, you’ll manage people, processes, and performance — ensuring smooth operations and top-tier customer satisfaction. You foster a culture of professionalism, safety, and accountability, all while inspiring your team to deliver their best.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead daily warehouse operations with a hands-on approach
Manage and motivate diverse teams
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity across all activities
Monitor infrastructure and logistics equipment
Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
Support performance evaluations and set team objectives

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in warehouse/operations management
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
Solid grasp of safety standards and labor regulations
Tech-savvy with logistics software

Languages

You have a very good knowledge of French
You have a very good knowledge of English
