Job description

As a Training Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving this mission forward by helping to digitalize and optimize the training offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of digital and classroom training projects.
Support the digitalization of training content and ensure integration across platforms and tools.
Optimize training processes, from needs analysis to evaluation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and ensure smooth implementation.
Monitor quality, performance, and effectiveness of training initiatives.
Provide pedagogical support and guidance to trainers on instructional methods and digital tools.
Facilitate the transition to digital learning environments.
Evaluate training outcomes and develop plans for continuous improvement.
Identify and implement new EdTech solutions to enhance the learning ecosystem.
Drive change management and build engagement around innovative training projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, human resources, project management, or equivalent experience.
Official project management certification; certifications in change management and digital learning are a plus.
2 to 5 years’ experience in training project coordination or management, ideally with a strong digital component.
Solid knowledge of project methodologies (Agile is a plus) and JOST processes.
Expertise in e-learning platforms and tools (LMS, LCMS, TMS, authoring software).
Strong understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy), blended and adaptive learning approaches.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into effective digital learning solutions.
Coaching and negotiation skills.
Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
Analytical mindset with a results-driven attitude and focus on continuous improvement.
