- Luisteren, empathisch zijn en tijd nemen voor gesprekken
- Problemen of extra ondersteuningsnoden tijdig herkennen
- Samenwerken met HR/management bij personeelszaken

Requirements

- Je hebt ervaring in leidinggeven en weet een team efficiënt aan te sturen.
- Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en denkt oplossingsgericht bij storingen of problemen.
- Je bouwt vlot productkennis op en weet wat belangrijk is voor topkwaliteit.
- Je kan goed overweg met Microsoft Office (voor planning, rapportering, communicatie...).
