The Role
As an experienced Online Category Manager, you will take ownership of the online customer experience within one of four dynamic sport domains. In collaboration with the marketing team, you will help drive campaigns to enhance your sport’s digital presence and optimize the online store for maximum engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and optimizing the customer journey within your sport domain.
Driving sales performance (including revenue, returns, and margin).
Developing and executing a content marketing strategy to support growth.
Leveraging marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
Supporting the implementation of circular economy models for sustainability.

Requirements

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the online retail landscape, or previous experience with a strong online focus from within the company.
Background in an economic field (either education or work experience).
Proficiency in SEO and e-commerce best practices.
Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in either Dutch or French (knowledge of both is a plus).
An entrepreneurial mindset, with the energy and perseverance to drive performance.
A passion for sports is a strong bonus!
