Job description

For our client, an international and innovative player within the technology sector, we are looking for a student to temporarily support the finance team within the accounts payable department. In this role, you contribute to the smooth and accurate processing of purchase invoices and support the team during a busy summer period. You will join a structured and learning-oriented environment where accuracy is key.

Your responsibilities:

  • Posting incoming supplier invoices

  • Supporting the preparation of supplier payments

  • Preparing and processing basic financial reports

  • Providing administrative support within the finance team

  • Contributing to an accurate and efficient invoicing flow

Requirements

  • You are studying accounting, finance, or economics

  • First experience through studies, internship, or student job is a plus

  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Available from 01/07 to 31/08

  • Experience with SAP is an advantage

  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus

Languages

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch

You have an excellent knowledge of English
