Job description

As an Applications User Support Engineer, you will be a key player in the migration process of new software applications. Your role will focus on setup, compliance, verification, administration, and ensuring that all master data is managed effectively. You'll be actively involved in providing first-level user support and assisting with critical tasks like user acceptance testing and regression testing.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing first-level user support for operational applications, ensuring smooth functioning and resolving issues promptly.
Analyzing and categorizing resolved issues to identify structural gaps or problems in collaboration with the development team.
Validating approval requests based on standardized processes and workflows.
Assisting with or performing user acceptance testing and regression testing alongside end-users.
Managing and setting up master data for business objects based on approved workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

Strong written and spoken English skills are essential for communication in our international environment.
You have the ability to translate technical descriptions into clear business language and vice versa.
Prior experience with issue management, workflow systems, and user support is a strong asset.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and data management.
A methodical approach to managing data and resolving issues, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the process.
After a 4-week training period, you will work in two shifts (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00)

Languages

You have an excellent knowledge of English
