Team Description
People & Innovation (P&I) is the function dedicated to creating an environment where employees and the company can grow together. Its mission is to deliver innovative, integrated HR solutions and services that enable employee development, wellbeing, and engagement while supporting business transformation.
P&I focuses on areas such as talent management, learning and development, pay and benefits, workplace experience, and IT systems for HR, ensuring that people have the tools, processes, and support to thrive and contribute effectively.
Your responsibilities
Personal assistant to People & Innovation VP (agenda, travel, expenses, LinkedIn content creation)
General administration (contracts, invoices, communications with Japan, PowerPoint, mailings)
VP budget control, PR/PO processing (Oracle)
Office and meeting room management, group calendar administration
Organize P&I meetings and events (on/off-site, hotel, catering, registration)
Coordinate annual Christmas party and teambuilding activities
Support HR processes (holidays, performance reviews, etc.)
Handle ad-hoc requests from functional Heads
Workforce Transformation team support (Hoshin progress, meetings, PanE HR Conference logistics)
Manage P&I and WT SharePoint, InTouch communication governance, and champion roles

Requirements

Fluency in English (the business language of TME) is required; Dutch or French is an asset.
