Job description

For our client we're looking for a Customer Service Officer.
In this role, you become the voice of support for drivers facing unexpected vehicle issues across Europe. You'll be part of a fast-paced and multilingual contact center where your communication skills, empathy, and sense of urgency play a crucial role in keeping transport moving.

  • Handle incoming assistance requests from international customers experiencing roadside vehicle breakdowns.
  • Take ownership of each case by coordinating with local service providers and technicians until the issue is resolved.
  • Maintain constant communication with both the customer and service partner, providing regular updates and reassurance.
  • Think on your feet and apply a proactive approach to problem-solving, often finding creative solutions under time pressure.

Requirements

- You speak and write fluently in English, German and at least one other European language.
