Job description

Our client is a global market leader known for innovation and quality. They are embarking on an exciting multi-year journey to build strong house brands. As a Brand Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing this branding strategy. You will be the link between various internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth project and campaign delivery worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and track brand projects and campaigns, including marketing initiatives and branded packaging across all sites worldwide
Create creative briefings and guidelines
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners for seamless execution
Identify and solve project-related challenges with creative and proactive solutions
Coordinate creation and delivery of marketing assets such as graphics, content, and promotional materials
Support marketing campaigns including advertising, trade shows, social media, and webshop banners
Contribute to strategic brand reviews and provide recommendations to management
Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to inform branding strategies
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across departments
Maintain thorough project documentation, reports, and lessons learned with a continuous improvement mindset
Ensure quality assurance of brand campaign materials according to guidelines
Stay updated on industry trends to inspire innovation and process improvements

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
2 to 5 years of experience in branding or marketing, preferably in an international environment
Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and evaluate campaign performance
Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and confidence to push back when necessary
