Your responsibilities:
Start with a tailored traineeship that lets you explore key departments: engineering, procurement, production, supply chain, and more.
Assist in the coordination and delivery of international steel construction projects, both onshore and offshore.
Work closely with experienced project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Gradually take on more responsibilities based on your growth, initiative, and learning curve.
Drive project planning, cross-functional communication, and effective coordination from concept to completion.

Requirements

A master’s degree in civil or industrial engineering.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with a flexible, no-nonsense mindset.
Genuine interest in steel construction and sustainable building projects.
Fluent communication skills in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
Willingness to work across multiple project locations, including abroad.
A category B driver’s license.
