Job description

In this role, you will be a key support pillar for the technical department, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication and efficient administrative follow-up that directly contributes to operational success.
Your responsibilities
Drafting, formatting and following up on administrative documents
Managing filing, archiving and digital document flows
Handling calls, emails and welcoming visitors professionally
Preparing and monitoring administrative files and purchase orders
Matching purchase orders with invoices or credit notes
Following up on external repairs and technical inspections
Updating system data related to maintenance, inspections and analyses
Supporting monitoring activities such as quality and compliance checks

Requirements

Degree in administration, secretarial studies or similar experience
Previous experience in a comparable administrative role, ideally in a technical or transport-related setting
Strong organizational skills, accuracy and ability to set priorities
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Proficient with standard office software and administrative systems
Excellent French (C2); working knowledge of English and Dutch (B1)
Reliable, structured, curious and solution-oriented mindset

Languages

You have a good knowledge of Dutch
You have a very good knowledge of French
You have a limited knowledge of English
