How does it work?

Step 1: We map your wishes and expectations.

Step 2: We define the ideal job and competence profile and design a series of exercises based on concrete day-to-day practice situations, adapted to the level of the vacancy, the type of job and the sector.

Step 3: Based on your feedback, we agree on the composition of the tests, simulation exercises and interviews, the form of reporting and where the tests will take place.

Step 4: The tests are scheduled and taken.

Step 5: When the tests have been completed, you receive extensive verbal feedback from one of the experts on the day itself or the following day.

Step 6: After five working days, you receive a nuanced, written report of all screened candidates, drawn up based on your wishes.
