Functieomschrijving

- Role: Part-time (50%) Administrator supporting the Circular Economy & Energy Business divisions at Toyota Motor Europe (TME), contributing to sustainability and carbon neutrality goals.
- Budget Management: Responsible for budget control, including processing PR/PO, tracking via Oracle, and reporting actuals and forecasts to management.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain SharePoint collaboration site, manage contracts (classification, monitoring expiration), and provide general administrative support.
- Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Oracle (must-have), and ideally SharePoint, Teams, and Board.
- Profile Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, fluent in English, detail-oriented, structured, proactive, and capable of working independently in a multicultural team.
- Contract Details: Interim contract with weekly renewal, starting ASAP and ending on 27/02/2026; hybrid work model combining office presence (Evere) and home office.

Vereisten

- Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and fluency in English.
- Experience: Solid experience in budget control and financial reporting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle (mandatory)
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and Board is a plus
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, structured, proactive, communicative, and able to work independently.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in a multicultural team and in a hybrid (home/office) setup.
