Based in Brussels, Belgium, and staffed by 2.700 people and more than 60 nationalities, Toyota Motor Europe (TME) handles the wholesale marketing of Toyota and Lexus vehicles, parts & accessories, and manages Toyota’s European R&D, manufacturing, and engineering operations.<br />We are excited to be transforming into a mobility company focusing on bringing even more happiness to our customers through various mobility solutions.<br />Your team and your responsibilities<br />Team/division description<br />As part of People & Site Services (P&I), the Supply Chain Workplace Experience (SCWE) team is responsible for the hard & soft services and facility projects to Supply Chain’s real estate and assets in Europe.<br />This includes Toyota Parts Centre Europe (TPCE) in Diest, the 13 other Regional Depots (RDO’s) – 3 of which are owned buildings - and 6 Vehicle Logistic Hubs (VLG) in Europe.<br />Supply Chain Workplace Experience works closely together with the other entities of People & Site Services, in particular with the Strategic Workplace Planning team and the Workplace Experience team that has a similar role for Toyota’s European Head Office and Technical Centre.<br />Your responsibilities<br />- To pursue an optimal preventive plan and remedial maintenance of technical aspects of building, installations, machines and ground in large scale logistic centres.<br />- To manage, coordinate and implement safe operation and maintenance activities for the facility and technical installations, ensuring facilities are operational and well-maintained.<br />- To implement assets management system for buildings, including ensuing a proper asset register inventory.<br />- To ensure a safe and healthy working environment in line with the<br />Health & Safety and applicable local legislation, including ensuring the safe delivery of work by contractors.<br />- To conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.<br />- To prepare annual budgets and investments in maintenance activities and follow up on allocated budgets, investments and monitor the KPI\'s.<br />- To manage technical companies working for TME for the technical maintenance – regular meetings with vendor, monthly reports – KPI management, audits and supervision, vendors finance - review of the costs and invoices.<br />- To ensure 100% safe processes and legal compliance (ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AREI, fire & electrical safety, etc.).<br />- To work effectively as part of an integrated customer workplace experience services team and support logistic operations from facilities perspective.

Toyota Motor Europe Corporate Communications acts as an antenna and communicator for the company external relations. It has a vision to enhance Toyota’s reputation in Europe through collaborative relationships with external stakeholders (for example - international and national media, NGOs, customers). In pursuit of this we want to achieve the recognition that Toyota is a company that cares about people, society and the future.<br />Against this backdrop the Corporate Communications function must define & implement relevant strategy and plans to protect and enhance TOYOTA’s reputation, and positively project it into chosen areas of new activity. (1) Develop and implement External Communication activities, focusing on core corporate pillars: Environment, Safety, Electrification and Future of Mobility. (2) Crisis Management to protect our corporate reputation.<br />Your responsibilities<br />- Key role in the development of PR communication materials (press releases, Q&As, social content, press kits, pictures and video material)<br />- Prepare presentations and scripts for speak outs.<br />- Develop corporate materials for owned (Newsroom & Corporate Website) and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter)<br />- Update and share regular reports for distribution within the organisation.<br />- Support the organisation of press events and interviews with Toyota Motor Europe executives.<br />- Monitor and assess media coverage in Europe<br />- Help local Toyota entities answer media enquiries (information, assets, interviews, visits, etc)
