Job description

Are you passionate about delivering innovative digital learning environments and managing complex technical projects globally? As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the technical setup and implementation of digital classroom projects, working closely with international teams to ensure reliable and efficient infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the technical implementation of digital classroom projects in international educational institutions

  • Manage and configure ICT infrastructure, networks, Windows systems, and UPS solutions

  • Organize technical training and provide support to local IT teams

  • Ensure project quality, adherence to SLAs, and timely delivery

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to translate technical requirements

  • Collaborate with R&D and IT specialists to develop practical solutions for specific challenges

  • Report to the Business Unit Manager and work alongside commercial project managers

Requirements

  • Strong ICT background with at least 3 years' hands-on experience in Windows staging, network management, and remote support

  • Proven experience in project management and coordinating distributed technical teams

  • Hands-on, pragmatic team player with excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% (Ghana, Senegal, other African countries)
