  • Proactively identify, propose, and implement process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), safeguard quality controls, and ensure all outbound deadlines are met.

  • Troubleshoot operational issues on the floor and assist with basic HR-related processes and personnel administration.

  • Act as the primary point of contact during the shift and report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, stepping in to cover their responsibilities when required.

Requirements

  • Proven track record and successful experience as a Team Leader within a logistics or supply chain environment (experience in e-commerce or retail logistics is an absolute must).

  • Profound knowledge of warehouse management processes, inbound/outbound flows, and inventory control.

  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

  • Analytical mindset combined with a proactive, problem-solving, and hands-on approach on the work floor.

  • High level of stress tolerance and adaptability within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English (essential for communication on the international warehouse floor). Dutch is a nice to have.
