Job description

Are you a meticulous and motivated employee who enjoys working in a dynamic production environment? Do you have experience operating a BT (electric pallet truck) and you want to help out wherever needed? Then we're looking for you!

As an all-round lift operator, you'll be a key part of our production team. You'll ensure that our wide and colourful range of fruit and vegetables reaches the right place on time. No two days are the same. You'll combine logistics tasks with work on the production line and be flexible in stepping in wherever extra support is needed.

  • You move the products to the correct production lines using an electric transpallet

  • You move fruit and vegetables to and from the cooling cells

  • You use a scanner to check that the pallets are going to the correct destination

  • You pack fruit and vegetables in accordance with the regulations

  • You check the quality of the products.

  • You help with cleaning and maintaining the workstations

  • You contribute to a safe and orderly working environment and help out where necessary

Requirements

  • You have experience of operating an electric transpallet or are willing to learn how to do so quickly.

  • You work accurately and have an eye for detail and safety.

  • You are physically capable of working in a logistics and production-oriented environment.

  • You work well as part of a team.

  • You have no issues working in a cold environment.

  • You are flexible and able to work in different shifts.

    • 06:00 - 14:00 | 14:00 - 22:00 | 07:00 - 16:00 | 08:30 - 17:30

  • You have your own transport to get to the company in Meer (Hoogstraten), as there is no public transport going to Special Fruit.

  • You speak and understand Dutch and/or English.
