Ready for a kickstart in your logistics career? Have you just graduated and are excited to conquer the world of Supply Chain? Or do you already have some relevant work experience and want to specialize further? At Katoen Natie in Ghent, we have a unique Traineeship for you!

What does it entail? You get the chance to learn and grow on-the-job for two years. The first year is dedicated to the operational process, where you will participate in improvements and develop your leadership skills. You will explore different departments and operations, challenging yourself to be the best you can be.

In the second year, you can focus on the aspects that appeal most to you. Whether you are a born manager or prefer to delve deeper within operations or systems, we give you the freedom to follow your interests. Think positions such as Key Account Manager, Project Manager, Solutions Engineering, Business Support, Process Operator, Finance, and even international career opportunities are open to you!
