Job description

AGO GENT FOOD is looking for a Production Operator for a company located in the Wielsbeke region.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring, operating, and optimizing the production process.

  • Following the daily production schedule and adapting flexibly to changes.

  • Starting up, shutting down, and changing over production lines.

  • Performing cleaning tasks and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

  • Accurately recording production data in the ERP system.

  • Adjusting process parameters to achieve optimal quality and efficiency.

  • Working closely with colleagues and team leaders to ensure smooth production operations.

  • Further developing your knowledge in quality, packaging, planning, and technical processes.

Requirements

  • You have an interest in technology and production processes.

  • You are willing to work in a two-shift system.

  • You are eager to learn, flexible, and enjoy contributing to process improvements.

  • You are comfortable working with computers and willing to learn new systems.

  • You are a true team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Languages

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch
