For our client, a leader in the production sector, we’re looking for a Technical Coordinator to support the continued success of their 24/7 manufacturing operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of their expanding production lines and the efficient management of both internal and external technical teams. As part of an exciting growth phase, you will play a key role in guaranteeing uninterrupted technical support, implementing preventative measures, and solving problems proactively.

Your responsibilities
Leadership & Guidance: Provide proactive leadership to internal and external technical teams, focusing on preventing issues before they arise and minimizing downtime.
Organizing Interventions: Coordinate and plan both preventive and curative technical interventions to ensure efficient operations.
Continuous Supervision: Adapt to the 24/7 demands of the manufacturing plant, ensuring continuous technical support.
Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve technical issues, implementing long-term solutions to avoid future disruptions.
Analysis & Strategy: Use analytical skills to foresee potential challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them. Provide clear reports and recommendations during weekly KPI meetings.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with multiple departments to align technical operations with overall business objectives.

Exigences

Key Skills & Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in a technical field, or a Bachelor’s in electromechanics with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience: Proven experience in a technical position within a 24/7 manufacturing or production environment.
Leadership: Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team.
Problem-Solving: Excellent at identifying problems and implementing efficient solutions.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage stress in high-pressure situations.
Communication: Proficient in English and Dutch, with strong communication skills across teams.

Pour une entreprise active dans l\'entretien et la réparation d\'engins de chantier, nous sommes à la recherche d\'un technicien de service (h/f/x) sur la région de Namur.<br />Votre mission : effectuer les interventions de diagnostics, réparations, préparations et entretien sur le matériel des clients ou du parc interne.<br />Missions principales :<br />• Préparer les interventions : Suivre la planification, vérifier la disponibilité des pièces et outils, rassembler toutes les informations nécessaires (adresse, contact client, durée, etc.).<br />• Réaliser les interventions : Diagnostic, réparation, entretien et préparation de matériels neufs et d’occasion, en respectant les protocoles constructeurs et les consignes de sécurité.<br />• Assurer le suivi client : Communication claire et professionnelle, explication des travaux réalisés, rapport d’intervention, promotion des services SAV.<br />• Rendre compte de son activité : Rapports détaillés, transmission des pièces (garantie, retour magasin), suivi administratif rigoureux (Mistral, pointage, devis).<br />• Respecter les règles QHSE : Application stricte des consignes de sécurité, hygiène, environnement, utilisation appropriée des EPI, contribution à la propreté et au tri des déchets.<br />• Contribuer à l’image de l’entreprise : Comportement professionnel, respectueux et orienté client, travail de qualité en cohérence avec la réputation de la société.
