Based in Brussels, Belgium, and staffed by 2.700 people and more than 60 nationalities, Toyota Motor Europe (TME) handles the wholesale marketing of Toyota and Lexus vehicles, parts & accessories, and manages Toyota’s European R&D, manufacturing, and engineering operations.We are excited to be transforming into a mobility company focusing on bringing even more happiness to our customers through various mobility solutions.Your team and your responsibilitiesTeam/division descriptionAs part of People & Site Services (P&I), the Supply Chain Workplace Experience (SCWE) team is responsible for the hard & soft services and facility projects to Supply Chain’s real estate and assets in Europe.This includes Toyota Parts Centre Europe (TPCE) in Diest, the 13 other Regional Depots (RDO’s) – 3 of which are owned buildings - and 6 Vehicle Logistic Hubs (VLG) in Europe.Supply Chain Workplace Experience works closely together with the other entities of People & Site Services, in particular with the Strategic Workplace Planning team and the Workplace Experience team that has a similar role for Toyota’s European Head Office and Technical Centre.Your responsibilities- To pursue an optimal preventive plan and remedial maintenance of technical aspects of building, installations, machines and ground in large scale logistic centres.- To manage, coordinate and implement safe operation and maintenance activities for the facility and technical installations, ensuring facilities are operational and well-maintained.- To implement assets management system for buildings, including ensuing a proper asset register inventory.- To ensure a safe and healthy working environment in line with theHealth & Safety and applicable local legislation, including ensuring the safe delivery of work by contractors.- To conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.- To prepare annual budgets and investments in maintenance activities and follow up on allocated budgets, investments and monitor the KPI\'s.- To manage technical companies working for TME for the technical maintenance – regular meetings with vendor, monthly reports – KPI management, audits and supervision, vendors finance - review of the costs and invoices.- To ensure 100% safe processes and legal compliance (ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AREI, fire & electrical safety, etc.).- To work effectively as part of an integrated customer workplace experience services team and support logistic operations from facilities perspective.

Project Management Office Support -Parts Supply Chain Group (PSCG) has a mission to deliver the right product (service parts, accessories and information) at the right time, through lean integrated logistics, exceeding Customer & Stakeholder expectation, with engaged members realising a sustainable future.These parts arrive from different suppliers or plants all over the world to Diest (Belgium), where they are distributed directly to the final customer or to our Regional Depots/ National sales companies.Our Network structure staffs 1500 Toyota members, we deliver to over 3500 garages and 44 regional warehouses within Europe, Russia and North Africa.You will be part of the Atlas Business Transformation project: Our Mission is to replace our current ERP system – moving the related parts supply chain processes to Oracle Fusion Cloud product.Your main responsibilities:- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparingagendas, manage replies with the meeting chair, taking and sharing minutesfollowing the standard.- Communication Facilitation: Act as a communication hub between project teams,stakeholders, and management, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.- Risk and Issue Management: Assist indocumenting, monitoring project risks and issues, and support theimplementation of mitigation strategies.- KPI tracking activities. Monitor and track the KPIs assigned to you to ensureprogress and achievement of the targets.- Support in kaizen activities to improve team efficiency by analysis currentsituation, set up and implement countermeasures and clear infosharing with allstakeholders in a pro-active way.
