Project Management Office Support -
Parts Supply Chain Group (PSCG) has a mission to deliver the right product (service parts, accessories and information) at the right time, through lean integrated logistics, exceeding Customer & Stakeholder expectation, with engaged members realising a sustainable future.
These parts arrive from different suppliers or plants all over the world to Diest (Belgium), where they are distributed directly to the final customer or to our Regional Depots/ National sales companies.Our Network structure staffs 1500 Toyota members, we deliver to over 3500 garages and 44 regional warehouses within Europe, Russia and North Africa.
You will be part of the Atlas Business Transformation project: Our Mission is to replace our current ERP system – moving the related parts supply chain processes to Oracle Fusion Cloud product.
Your main responsibilities:
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing
agendas, manage replies with the meeting chair, taking and sharing minutes
following the standard.
- Communication Facilitation: Act as a communication hub between project teams,
stakeholders, and management, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
- Risk and Issue Management: Assist in
documenting, monitoring project risks and issues, and support the
implementation of mitigation strategies.
- KPI tracking activities. Monitor and track the KPIs assigned to you to ensure
progress and achievement of the targets.
- Support in kaizen activities to improve team efficiency by analysis current
situation, set up and implement countermeasures and clear infosharing with all
stakeholders in a pro-active way.

Vereisten

- Preferable Bachelor degree or higher with experience in Project Management
Office function.
- You work accurately, have good analytic skills and a problem solving mindset
- As our business language in English, you speak & write it fluently
- The combination of being an active listener and using your people skills, makes
you a teamplayer able to build strong professional relationships in a collaborative
way.
- As a person, you are assertive and pro-active.
- You see challenges as a development opportunity and demonstrate flexibility
when required by the team or business.
- Functionally, you have a very good knowledge of Office 365 applications (excel,
ppt, outlook, teams, one-note, sharepoint). Knowhow on Jira, Confluence and Bizz
Design is seen as a big plus.

- Agile to learn new culture, skill, and knowledge as environment, society and
customer’s requirements change rapidly.
- A good sense of humour, a great work ethic and the will to create fun at work
- Able to facilitate meetings and workshops from preparation upto reflection. For
this you will need good communication skills and you know how to balance
between serving the audience and guiding to the expected outcomes.
