Job description

Your team and your responsibilities:

Team/division description

You will be part of Operations Excellence Division, Health, Safety & Talent Engagement department.

Your responsibilities

· Support in the Health & Safety team in Diest ensuring legal requirements are met

· Support in the implementation, execution & monitoring of the required HS standards

· Drive safety at the workplace by making daily rounds and periodic audits incl. creation and reporting-out findings & prevention measures.

· Providing advice on wellbeing domains such as workplace safety and hygiene.

· Third party performance management (follow-up on contractor performance towards a sustainable safety adherence).

· Following-up and investigating occupational accidents and incidents.

· Participating in drawing up and maintaining a dynamic risk management system.

· Drawing up risk analyses and being involved in commissioning into service.

· Supervising the application of H&S regulations, work instructions and reception in the warehouse.

· Screening new products – chemical products.

· Co-lead the emergency preparedness activities.

Requirements

Your profile

· Education level: Prevention advisor level 1 or 2

· You are fluent in Dutch & English (TME's business language)

· You can demonstrate relevant experience as a prevention advisor, preferably within a large organization;

· You enjoy working in a team and understand that diverse personalities & perspectives provide better solutions.

· You see challenges as a development opportunity and demonstrate flexibility when required by the team or business.

· Open to get & give feedback through frequent and efficient alignment-meetings

· Professional, effective and respectful communication is required, both verbally and written (e-mail/phone/meeting). You speak & write Dutch & English fluently.

· Analytical mindset – Able to understand partners to propose solid solutions

· Functionally you have a strong knowledge of Office 365 applications (excel, access, PBI)

Languages

You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch
You have a perfect knowledge of English

<p>As part of the Product Development Compliance team, you ensure that both new and existing products are tested, verified, and approved in accordance with the strict requirements. You define and maintain test plans, evaluate test results, and remain actively involved in technical product improvements throughout the development process. You also define and justify required investments to the Product Development Leader.</p></li><li><p>You act as the main point of contact for the Test Center and build strong working relationships with external laboratories and knowledge centers.</p></li><li><p>You plan and coordinate testing activities both within the Test Center and with external partners.</p></li><li><p>You provide technical support to internal stakeholders such as sales, product management, production, and process engineering.</p></li><li><p>You manage and coordinate projects related to the responsibilities above.</p></li><li><p>You ensure all test reports are properly stored and accessible within the PLM system.</p></li><li><p>You stay up to date with relevant standards and ensure test methods remain current and compliant.</p></li><li><p>You are an active member of the compliance team.</p></li></ul>
