Our client is a growing manufacturing organisation specialising in high-quality prefabricated solutions for the construction sector. To strengthen the production team, we are looking for a motivated Concrete Worker who wants to contribute to high-quality bespoke and mass-produced products within a modern production environment. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in the entire production process and to develop your skills further through training and guidance.

Job description

• Helping to oversee the entire production process for precast concrete elements.

  • Cleaning, preparing and oiling moulds.
  • Positioning reinforcement mesh and spacers in accordance with production specifications.
  • Removing formwork from finished concrete elements after the curing process.
  • Carrying out various supporting production tasks.
  • Ensuring order, tidiness and safety on the shop floor.
  • Correctly applying safety and quality regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in concrete production is an advantage, but not a requirement.

  • A practical approach and a hands-on attitude.
  • Eager to learn and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Able to work independently and function effectively as part of a team.
  • Safety-conscious and meticulous in carrying out tasks.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, English or French.
  • Experience operating a forklift or overhead crane is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work in the afternoon (12:00–20:30 / 14:00–22:30).
