Your Main Responsibilities
Design warehouse layouts optimized for capacity, cost, and technical requirements
Perform stability and strength calculations (with guidance from senior engineers)
Calculate material compositions and accurate project pricing
Create detailed technical documentation for each proposal
Prioritize projects in consultation with your manager to meet internal deadlines
Provide technical support to the sales team for client-facing project discussions
Stay informed on market trends and evolving client requirements
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless project execution
Limited technical contact with suppliers (commercial negotiations handled by procurement)

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g. Electromechanics, Industrial Design)
Fluent in English & Dutch – German is a plus
Analytical mindset with a knack for technical problem-solving
Solid understanding of stability/strength calculations
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
Creative thinker with a structured, detail-oriented approach
A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure
Comfortable with a full-time office job (no fieldwork)
