Job description

Are you accurate, customer-focused, and organized? Our client is looking for a Logistics Order Analyst to keep their supply chain running smoothly.
What you will do
Manage and process new sales orders, ensuring all details are complete for further processing.
Review customer order change requests and coordinate with production, materials, and logistics.
Communicate promise dates to customers and ensure alignment with schedules.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions on lead times, changes, and general support.
Analyze data and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
